Action Alert!: Urge Your Members of Congress to Support HR 4215

Be The Match Legislative TeamNational Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match's Public and Payer Policy team was in Washington D.C. this week with Gary Goldstein (Stanford Health Care) and Reagan Cussimanio (University of Kansas) to meet with Members of Congress and discuss the importance of passing HR 4215: Protect Access to Cellular Transplant (PACT).

If passed, this legislation would require Medicare to reimburse hospitals for donor search and cell acquisition services on a reasonable cost basis separately from MS-DRG 014 inpatient payment.

Your Members of Congress need to hear from YOU about the impact of this legislation and what it will mean for Medicare patient access to HCT! Please ask your Members of Congress to support and co-sponsor HR 4215.
