Valerie's Story

"I've learned so much about what I can do to live a full life."

Valerie was 11 years old when she was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. She underwent several years of intense medical procedures before receiving a transplant when she was 17.
Now, more than 10 years post transplant, Valerie leads an active life and is passionate about sharing her story. She hopes her words of advice will help other transplant recipients.
